The Thoughtful Landscape: On Thursday April 10 at 6:30 PM Aaron will give a lecture at the Danforth Gallery in Livingston.  He will explain how method supports meaning in the masterful paintings of Joyce Lee and T. Allen Lawson.  Schuerr will examine the abstract qualities in representational art, what the landscape teaches us, and how a painting is constructed.

"I'm not just trying to paint a pretty picture; I'm trying to tell you what it was like to be there."
