I just did a web search on the term "Experiential Realism". a term I adopted last year to describe the way I work. (I didn't invent the term, by the way, I borrowed it from Philosophy!) I was fascinated to find that you had spontaneously used the term to describe your own work. Even more interestingly, you seemed to be using it in a way that indicated the core of what I would also mean by the term, the importance to one's art of being on the spot, of the first-hand experience of the surrounfings and what is going on.

In addition, I was extremely impressed by your work, particularly the studies that you did on the day in question, because of their spontaneity. Your subject matter is very different from my own and I make no claim as to how impressed you will be with what I do. However, if it is OK with you I would like to include a link to you on my own blog, at http://tomspencerartmagic.blogspot.com/

My best wishes to you and your work.
